Welcome to ArrivGo. By accessing or using the ArrivGo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

ArrivGo helps travelers coordinate arrivals, connect with others heading in a similar direction, and communicate to arrange shared transportation or logistics.

ArrivGo does not provide transportation services and does not act as a ride-hailing or taxi service.

To use ArrivGo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes

You may create an account using:

• Email and password
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Share false or misleading arrival details
• Use the App for illegal activities
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the App

ArrivGo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• Arrival sessions are created based on information you provide.
• Matches are generated automatically and are not guaranteed.
• ArrivGo does not verify the identity, background, or intentions of other users.
• You are responsible for deciding whether to interact or meet other users.

ArrivGo provides in-app chat for coordination purposes only. Any interaction with other users is at your own risk. ArrivGo is not responsible for offline interactions, meetings, or disputes.

ArrivGo does not collect, process, or manage payments between users. Any cost-sharing arrangement is strictly between users, and ArrivGo is not liable for disputes or losses.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the App, you grant ArrivGo a limited license to use this content solely to operate and improve the service.

You may not copy or reuse ArrivGo's branding, design, or software without permission.

Your use of ArrivGo is governed by our Privacy Policy.

ArrivGo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or successful matches.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArrivGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. ArrivGo is not responsible for user behavior or outcomes.

You may stop using ArrivGo at any time. ArrivGo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to others.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
