Account Deletion

You can delete your ArrivGo account directly in the app. Open ArrivGo, go to Settings, then choose Delete Account.

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@arrivgo.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line so the request can be processed quickly.

• Your account access will be removed.
• Personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.
• Match, arrival session, and chat data associated with your account will be removed from active systems.
• Safety, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance records may be retained where necessary.
